Im in the position of needing a knee replacement but have been advised to put it off as too young. I was advised to contact James for an ortho knee brace as my A.C.L is torn and my knee very weak and painful. I am a stone mason for work. Lifting and walking is quite difficult with my injury. James has been an amazing help pre and post surgery. He fitted me into a PCL dynamic brace and was a great help with any minor fixes or adjustments I needed throughout my process. His knowledge and the respect he has for his clients is very welcoming and I couldn’t recommend anyone better.
Garth kept my son out of a full cast for his broken wrist a few years ago, and more recently after a bout of knee surgery, called me back on the same day to confirm that the price quoted by the hospital orthotist for a specialised post-surgical knee brace was a fair one. Would recommend his services to anyone.
Great service provided by all staff.
