Unsanitary constant recurring shower and kitchen sink brown water and the ceilings leak in the apartments and lobby whenever it rains. The management company is aware of their brown water problem but chooses to spend their resources on other things instead of fixing the problem. Not safe if you have children.
Have been a tenant for 4 years, but will not renew my lease next year. This place was initially decent, but has changed. There's always DIRTY WATER, the plumbing/pipes are antiquated, management's is unresponsive and is quick to CASH your check, but SLOW to handle basic issues...They rent GARAGE parking to any sized vehicle and good luck if you need repairs done to your apartment. The rent is cheap, but you pay for what you get. Pay attention to the 1 stars people!
