Contacted dealer and inquired about a truck. A young helpful lady answered all my questions, willing to negotiate, and personally walked out to the truck to verify a few questions I had. Unfortunately the truck sold before I could make it up there but very happy with my experience with them.
I received a response , I wanted some info , The Axle ratio . Etc. , Never heard back from this dealer , To bad , I would have bought this truck .
Good experience owner stayed late for sale. There less than two hours.
Timely in response, and great to talk toz
I drove an hour and a half to look at the f350 which was a total waste of time and gas. This truck is in horrible condition. The bed is about gone,there's lots of fluid leaks under the truck. Lots of rust underneath. I called a day before I left and thier bottom dollar was 14,000 and when I got there nobody once came out to offer any assistance.
Replied to me once, I asked a question regarding the safety inspection and never replied back!!!!
Asked what condition truck was in. If it had any leakes or many issues they told me it did not and when I go there after a 3.5 hr drive transmission and motor where leaking right in front of me. Told me he didn't know. It was impossible not to know if he just looked. 7 hr of drive Time wasted day don't trust them.
I was not given all information about the loan, on the site it shows interest rate lower than what I got and my credit score was real good. I played with loan calculator and found were I wanted my payment to be I told sales person $260.00 for 60 mo. with $ 9000.00 down, as listed with loan calculator. the sales person came back with $ 274.00 per mo. didn't tell me it was for 72 mo. till I drove 3 hours to get there. and he told me it was in mint condition as it looks in pictures I saw right away back fender but we worked out... read more
Dealer contacted me with follow up answers to my questions but has not bombarded me with follow up inquiries with is a good thing
