The apartment is ok for a starter who is trying to find footing in Winnipeg. The apartment manager Anna is easily reachable and escalates complaints but one thing is to send the complaint and another is to get resolution timely. Living in the apartment for 4years is a mix of outcomes. I’ve lived in this building for over a year and wanted to share my experience. First, I want to thank the resident manager for her hard work and efforts to help tenants whenever possible. there are several issues that need attention!!!! The laundry room is a constant frustration. Only one or two dryers seem to work properly, so tenants often compete to use them.
