As you read the past reviews you will notice no one is commenting on the actual building and there’s is a good reason for that . Pros: manager Ana is awesome and nice folks living there who are helpful. The hallway near my apartment is always clean and the property Manager is very helpful. Repairs are done almost immediately and the lawn is frequently mown. I am quite content with the building.
Great location of the building, fresh co and busstops are 5 minutes away, caretaker Anna quickly answers messages and helps with whatever problems we have. The laundry is 0.75 for each load, wich is the cheapest I've known
My granddaughter and I have been living at this apartment for a little under 6 months. I’ve been truly moved by the level of exceptional care I’ve received from the care taker Anna and I want to leave this review in hopes to inform future tenants of the impeccable treatment we’ve received.
