I have had over 10 years of back issues. Lately I have been having severe pain followed by intermediate falls to the ground due to back spasms / pinching. I went in to get Gary’s opinion on what I can possibly to do prevent these falls. He basically asked me why I was there. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, Dr. did a very cursory exam and then told me I should just “Google it,” rather than referring for physical therapy. Complete waste of time.
My experience has been great so far. Dr. Banks saw me in the hospital for herniated disc, and I had an additional hospitalization afterward, and then a 3rd so he recommended a spinal surgery which was complete the next day. Very good care in my opinion!
