My 1st visit was excellent! We talked about what my options for my hands, did xrays and even did an injection for my pain. I felt hopeful about what could be done. He scheduled a follow up appointment between 30/60 days. The follow up appt was horrible!!!. He came in the room late(I know that happens sometimes) an apologize. But then asked me what I was there for? This was my third surgery (each for different reasons) with Dr. Kitay. I trust him completely. He has a calm, steady way about him and I always feel listened to and genuinely cared for. My recent hand surgery went beautifully, and the recovery smoother than I expected. I’m very grateful for his skill and the kindness he brings to his work. I honestly can't say enough good things about the care I received from Dr Kitay & his entire staff these past couple months. Not only was the care excellent but the communication from the office especially by his RMA, Kelsey, was always efficient & prompt when I needed to contact them for various reasons. I came to Florida from out of state to relocate & while traveling sustained an injury to my shoulder. Dr. Kitay and his staff are consistent, professional and truly provide effective care!
Dr. Kitay is seriously the best hand surgeon I have ever been to. He performed surgery on the severed nerve in my thumb the end of 2025. I would definitely return to see Dr. Kitay if the need arises.
