He diagnosed my problem in minutes and got my unit back in tiptop working order. I need to mention this unit was purchased from them when my original gave out. They have taken very good care of me and I would highly recommend them and their service personnel.

From day one, every Technician that has come to do regular maintenance over the years, has been extremely reliable and professional. Jason Sherrill, G&G Tech, was excellent in getting my heat pumps working again. He even let me watch and ask questions, w/o charging extra. The electrical storm Sunday apparently zapped one of 2 Thermostats, which had shut down one unit and the other unit was low on Freon. Jason had both Units running in a matter of 2 hours. One of the main things to check is the Heat Exchanger drain pan/pipes for proper drainage from condensation produced in the attic. Terrell was prompt and quickly diagnosed our AC problem. Parts arrived 2 days later and Terrell came back out to install that day. Overall excellent experience with G&G from booking the service call at the start thru completion. Great company.
Terrell was superb. Quickly found and fixed the problem. Very courteous and knowledgeable.
They were straight with us from the start, and although it was a difficult fix, they got it done.
Great bunch of guys, they came in did job and were very professional and on time. Highly recommend them.
