RecommendedWe have had a great experience at Garrison animal hospital havin our pets doctored. Everyone is really nice and give great advice. Really appreciate the quick ant timely manner for appointments. Would recommend this group with 5 stars.
In my opinion if I were a established client and had a life threatening emergency 25 minutes prior to closing that you would consider stabilizing my pet before referring me to another. I find this quite disappointing reading what this poor woman went thru. Seeing the time screenshot of the calls. I would not ever be a patron of your establishment. .
How horrible that you would turn away an urgent situation at 4:35pm. if you can't take an urgent patient at 4:35 you should change your posted hours. You will never get business from me because of this!
