In my opinion if I were a established client and had a life threatening emergency 25 minutes prior to closing that you would consider stabilizing my pet before referring me to another. I find this quite disappointing reading what this poor woman went thru. Seeing the time screenshot of the calls. I would not ever be a patron of your establishment. .
How horrible that you would turn away an urgent situation at 4:35pm. if you can't take an urgent patient at 4:35 you should change your posted hours. You will never get business from me because of this!
Wonderful staff and Dr's, great with your pet, very reasonable prices.
They are always willing to accommodate me when any of my animals need care. Staff friendly and doctors are very easy to work with. They take the time to answer any and all questions.
The Doctors are fantastic. Loving and tender to you Fur Babies.
