Our experience with realtors has been mostly miss and not so much hit in looking for land. There was a property listed on Garrigus's site that we were interested in. We asked our real estate agent to find out about it so we could go look at it. We didn't hear anything for a week. I went on their site and chose "schedule a showing" I heard from them within about an hour and they said that it wasn't their listing and they'd need to get in touch with the listing agent for us. They are an awesome team, they walked us through everything, educated us on Mello Roose, CCR's, and a list of so much more beyond "finding our perfect home".
