I have been using another local HVAC company (who has been servicing my furnace for 10+ years). Not anymore! Justin was knowledgeable, professional and found multiple things that the other company never even mentioned. He fixed my unit, explained everything articulately & replaced my thermostat in a jiffy! I’ll be using Garrhs from now on and am a very satisfied customer.
The driver in van #44 tailgating an elderly lady in a handicap van, who nearly clipped my front end while cutting me and a car full of kids off without ever signaling shouldnt be allowed to drive your company's vehicles around.
Shane came out and resolved an issue that we had another company "repair" twice before. Shane was awesome. He explained exactly what the cause of the issue was and resolved it quickly. Great experience.
I used Garrahs to install a new heater system. When it went out shortly after purchase and install, nice hardworking guy came in and told me how bad of a job whoever installed it did. They said it had way too much airflow, they put in the wrong filters, and the list went on. Shortly after that he told me oh, it looks like it was us that installed it, fixed the pilot light, ordered me new filters, and said it was in warranty. Then I get a bill anyways. We very much appreciate the excellent customer service experience we’ve received from Garrhs Heating & A/C. First, they always answer the phone and get back with you and if you leave a message they will call back, second, they listen, and third, they get you taken care of. In 2018 Garrhs installed a heating Furnace unit with adding additional vents during our remodel, and in 2022 installed A/C unit. 2023, a year after A/C install, their technician came out to make sure A/C system is working up to par.
