RecommendedI would have checked in and shared the beautiful plate of food however this place has no cell service and they are too cheap to allow you on to their Wi-Fi is Totally Secure. in this day and age to be totally out of touch is quite bizarre

Would recommend Garretts Restaurant and Bar! My family and I were staying in Rockford for the evening; after an 8 hour drive we all needed some food and a beverage! After Googling places to eat in Rockford (MANY closed on Sunday evenings) we decided on Garretts due to the large menu! I am so glad we did! The variety in food was great! Our meals were made with very fresh ingredients and the portions were huge! Our server was tremendous and super sweet! If we are ever in the area again, we will totally be stopping by again!
We went for a quiet 19th birthday dinner with our daughter between her classes and asked for a piece of cheesecake to go (to full after dinner to eat it then) so she could eat it after her night classes. We found a very cute surprise! Thank you!!! (Not allowed to share a pix) ps . Food was fabulousalso!
We love the good food and tremendous service. Wednesday pasta night is our favorite Oh yea. Adios
