This has got to be one of the most uncompassionate group of people. This company was talked to by a doctor of Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City about a family that had a newborn in the nic unit having surgery and their car was towed. This towing company was extremely rude and not a care in the world about what this family was going through. Even with the doctor explaining everything to them.
This company told my 63 year old mother it would be 65.00 to tow a car. He hooked up the car and she went inside to get the 65.00, he pulls off to the corner store and now they want to charge her for 2 tow fees. It was not her car. She was only helping someone else. Then the tow fee changed from 65 to 97.50 for the pulling off and 87.50 to tow it where she wanted. I can see why this company has all 1*.
John was great very helpful, if you have dealings with Garretts, do yourself a favor and deal with John he went out of his way to help me, Frank is another story altogether, if he says he will call you back he won't, I have made two trips after working all day on Saturdays to pick my car up after being assured by Frank that it would be ready, that's from SAVANNAH GA. to Panama city, that's two Saturdays in a row just to be told it's not ready, that's after working ten hours driving 6 hours then had to turn around Sunday even... read more

the worst, hauled my bike from pc to pcb over 8 hundred dollars, kept it in storage when we wanted it to go to Harley, 25 dollars a day, kept the key till he got his money, going to do anything in my power to keep anyone from using Garrett.
Unethical business and very dishonest. I AM GOING TO DO EVERYTHING MY POWER TO MAKE SURE NO ONE USES THEIR BUSINESS
