Just had my 2017 f150 towed from gulf coast while me and my wife were there having our third child. All well and good called them and asked if they could send someone to pick me up and take me to get my truck because I have no other form of transportation here, man on the phone tells me noone is there that could come get me. Beware of this company! My husband and the driver got into a heated argument resulting in their driver pushing my husband and even taking a swing at him! This was witnessed by an off duty police officer and the hospital security guards. The ONLY reason we didn’t press charges was because my husband was also at fault for trying to disconnect our car from the tow truck. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! This towing company is the lowest of the low, that I have every encountered. They wait for people to unwittingly park in the parking lot across from the main entrance of the hospital. Signs are post where you cannot clearly see them. My daughter just had a baby at the Gulf Coast Medical Center. We parked in Advanced Urology parking lot across from the main entrance. The most worthless group of people there is on this planet �.
Hate it because they are still pulling cars from Gulf Coast when people are there when I'm sure they would much rather be at home. Charging 97 bucks then says they don't give change. So if you don't come with correct change you give the them extra or walk home. What an embarrassment to our area. Pretty sure they don't give two shits about any of that tho.
