My wife and I stayed at Gulf Place Residences 302. It was absolutely gorgeous! The view from the balcony is wonderful! The location is perfect! The bed is comfy! We had an absolute blast! The only negatives we found was the lack of communication when we arrived. We had to call Benchmark about a covered parking spot. Signs on the property said each unit had one. Fantastic condo, responsive staff with anything we needed while staying. Highly recommended!
This property was a perfect location and the unit was fantastic. Very well kept and had everything we needed. The only reason we could not give 5 stars was for the cleaning service. The floors have not been mopped in a while. Our feet would be black within a few minutes of showering. We also had a water spill and upon wiping it up, the rag was black. Benchmark manage property well with ease of checkin and checkout. Apartment is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a bit small but well stocked. Location very good!
