I bought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler from Garrett Motors and on the way home the transmission went out. They said to bring it back and they would fix it. I tried to drive it back but it didn’t make it. They picked the vehicle up and said they would fix it for free or provide a full refund. I opted for the refund. Even though there was no warranty and they (by law) didn’t have to fix or refund my money, they did. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Mr Garrett was honest and fair to deal with
Called to check on availability of truck, salesperson answered promptly and let me know it was sold.
I had a fine meeting with the owner’s son, Jason. They communicated promptly. Unfortunately, I had an appointment on a Saturday to test drive a car. When I got there someone else was also looking at the same car. I think they bought it.
Acted very professional. Was concerned about me as a potential buyer. Said he would keep me updated.

The jeep was sold and they contacted me to tell me that.
They emailed me ,but I tried calling by phone and only got a answer machine I did not leave a message .
The dealer was very nice. Unfortunately, we did not buy this car because an unexpected circumstance came up.
