Worst attorney I ever had. He doesn't care about people just dollars. My advice call someone else. That's what saved me from the mess he made! He told me I was lucky to have what I had. Didn't even fight for me! Do not hire this man for a custody battle you will lose and he will not care! Find someone else and they will do what they did for me. The right thing! Wish I could give 0 stars.
Garret Benner is not a good lawyer. At least for custody cases. My mother paid Mr. Benner $1,500 to spend a total of 3 to 4 hours with me including one PFA hearing and one custody conference. Not only did he NOT put up a fight after I initially sought custodyou of my kids he had the nerve to tell me I'm lucky I'm getting what I am getting. He put me so far in a hole that I could not get out of till this point. Made agreements that were not in the best interest of my kids or myself.
