Being relatively new to Cartersville, I did not know of a good mechanic. I happened upon Garrett's after seeing a billboard ad for them. All I can say is WOW! They are a reputable shop, with fair prices for quality work. I plan on being a long-term customer.

Am single so need an automotive shop I can trust. Every one gives me good friendly service. I have bought tires, had auto repair done timely. My window, of course on drivers side fell half way down and they ordered parts and repaired next day�! I was worried about all the rain we’ve been having soooo they pulled up window and taped it shut til parts came in next morning.
Wonderful people here. Wont take my car anywhere else!
