Our family was on our way to Flordia from Missouri when our transmission ran into issues. Our first call was to Garrett Automotive where we were met with great customer service. From sending out a tow company to the replacement of our transmission the service was great. We were so worried about leaving our car in Georgia for the week while the transmission was being replaced, not knowing the area. My mom and I visited Garrett’s today and were met with impeccable customer service. Her car was rapidly losing oil after a recent oil change at the dealership. The closest dealer would have charged her $120+ to have the leak diagnosed plus the cost of towing it. We googled local automotive shops nearby and found Garrett’s to be just a 0.2 mile drive. I was at Garrett today and I have never had better or more fair service in my life. Awesome people, I am from out of town and they stayed late to fix my truck on a Saturday so that I wouldn’t have to stay an extra two days to get home. Also prices where as low as they could have been. I could not recommend this place more.
