Garrett took me to so many houses, helping me sort through the pros and cons of each house. I am a little picky and he didn't mind it one bit! He is very quick to respond and very quick to show you a house once you tell him you are interested! He explains everything in great detail (words that I can understand) and will explain it as many times as you need it explained. I could not have found the house that I have now if it wasn't for him! I highly recommend him for all of your house buying/selling needs!

Garrett did an excellent job marketing my family farm property. While it was in a rural area and took some time to sell, Garrett always stayed positive and we finally found a great buyer!
