Did a great job on my grandparents lawn but the management is not good. It was like 2:30 and the man was very helpful and respectful but had told me that his crew leader is making him do a 6 hour job. A 6 hour job at 2:30 is completely unreasonable. I’m sure he has a family to get home to and making him work until 9-10 at night is not okay. I am not sure if I will get them again due to poor communication and overworking their employees
I use Garpiel’s fertilization and sprinkler services regularly. Their people are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Garpiel Group.
Garpiel came out, dug up my yard and hydro-seeded due to a grub issue last year. The team finished earlier this year. I contacted them to discuss the horrible weed situation we are now left with, I would have expected they come out to take a look and offer advice. We did not get that. We are left with an unusable backyard and fear we have to start all over with a different company. I held off on my review in case they came back with an appropriate response, but they have not. Garpiel Group does my hydroseeding, ground restoration work, as well as dumpster and tri axle lead rental. The team has been great to work with, and make it a point to have everything done in a timely manner.
The Garpiel crew did a fabulous job on our patio redo. Punctual, professional and great attention to detail. Kudos to Garrick and his crew!
