A reason to go off the beaten path The only reason to hit this section of town (just east of the River Market area, is to eat at Garozzos, and it's worth the drive. The ambiance hits you as soon as you hit the front door and see the candlelight and brick walls. A great date place. Try the Spedini Samantha.
The Itallian Stallion Garozzo's original site has the ambiance to go with the authentic. You must love garlic and their red sauce is bar none. Don't worry if you don't know what gnocchi is, just get it with three cheese and try their meatballs. Worth the drive!
Best Chicken Spadini – I like the Kansas City, MO location on Harrison the best. The atmosphere makes me feel like I'm at a little Italian cafe' in Italy. My favorite spadini is the "Garozzo" literally mouth watering. Anytime I have clients or friends in from out of town...I make sure that I take them to Garozzo's. LOVE IT!!

The best Italian in KC – I dine here all the time. The service is wonderful, the atmosphere is beautiful. A true top notch resturant! Great Calamari - excellent Tortellini. Great place for a date.
Just try it yourself – You always see these review go dont go! But I think that you should try it for yourself In my opinion it's my favorite place! But hey thats me! I love the steak geno! yumm It's worth the wait! sometimes the wait is long ans sometimes its short! But if its long dosnt that say somthing?? Yes it says so many people want to go there! THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AS WAS THE ATMOSPHERE. THE SERVICE WAS THE BEST OF ANY RESTURANT I HAVE BEEN IN THE PAST YEAR. THE STEAK MARSALA WAS FANTASTIC...YOU COULD CUT IT WITH A FORK!!! IT MAY SEEM A LITTLE PRICEY BUT NOT FOR WHAT YOU GET
Bad Stuff – This is raunchy Italian to say the most about an Italian boy who thinks its the 1940's. Garlic prevails here and to say the best about it is NOTHING!
