It has taken two weeks for them to repair my shower. I have notified them three times of the required repair and they are either too lazy or too inept to fix it. I am going to have to file a lawsuit to get out of the lease since the apartment is not livable and they refuse to fix anything. Stay away from here.
I am a traveling medical professional and stayed at this complex for 7 months. I moved out in February 2008 and was told I was getting my deposit back and would get it in the mail. The apartments are nice & the tenants were too; however, the new staff and mangement try to make it very hard to receive your security deposit back. My apt was clean and the management not only took most of my deposit but charged me for other services which I had proof was paid prior to me moving out. Management try to make you feel valuable all the while their hands are in your back pocket or purse!!! They make me not want to refer anyone ever again
Well maintained property with lots of amenities. Lived there while stationed at Ft. Jackson and they went above and beyond the call of duty.
Lived there for 2 years. RCI bought the property in 2006 and it never looked as good. I had to move for work but I would of stayed if I could.
