Competitive and Professional – Our experience with Garner TV & Appliances have been positive. Their prices are competitive and the salesmen are knowledgeable and friendly. Their deliverymen were professional, thorough, and careful. We have used them in the past and the repairmen they recommend are also excellent. Stop there first even if you find a better price at a box store- give them a chance to match or come close for the service is much better than elsewhere.
Garner TV and Appliance - Capital Blvd. Store Is GREAT! – This visit was for the purchase of a washer and dryer from the Garner TV and Appliance North Raleigh store located at Plantation Center Drive near the exit of 540 and Capital Boulevard. RE: DO NOT BUY HERE!! – Customer Gavaghan: Not a single word you have written in this review is true. Shame on you! To our customers reading this review: This customer purchased a Sharp Microwave oven around August of 2010. At the customer's request we set up service in October. The manufacture decided to replace the unit for the customer. After more customer complaints we refunded the customer money in December in 2010. DO NOT BUY HERE!! – WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sales people are wonderful when you spend money and buy the appliances!!! Then if you have trouble with your product, they are NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!!! Have waited over 1 month now and the appliance is still NOT fixed. Now, none of the store representatives will call us back and no one will return my phone calls. Excellent Service & Support – I purchased all my appliances from Garner TV & Appliance 10+ years ago when my new home was built. Recently, I put new wood floors in my kitchen and was ready to have them finished. I needed to move the refrigerator and stove into the dining room while this was being done. I did not want to destroy the hardwood floors in my dining room during this process. I needed someone who knew what they were doing. Children do not belong – I am writing because I was in the market to remodel my kitchen so I went to my local hometown dealer...Garner TV & Appliance. It was a great beginning as I was greated by two lovely ladies at the front of the store. I was next approached by a sales lady I believe her name was Rita. Great Customer Service – Our 2 year old TV was hit by lighting. Even though The TV was beyond repair Garner TV provided us with a temporary unit until we could settle up with Insurance Company. The new TV was installed and all services restored back. Thanks Garner TV for the great Customer Service!!
Recommend this store all the time for appliances! – Over the past 10 years we have purchase several appliances from them. It has been about 3 years since our last purchase. We have purchased: washer, dryer, (GE Harmony: Love them!) dishwashers, microwaves, stoves, and ovens. They have a nice showroom and carry quality kitchen appliances.
