Chris and Donell did a great job. Were very careful with the delivery and to make sure they didn't damage anything, because we just moved in our home less then 2 months ago. Made sure the range was leveled correctly because they know I love to bake and knew it was important to me to make sure it was well leveled. Very kind and considerate. Thank you both. I have purchased numerouse appliances, a grill, several TV's and a mattress from Garner since I moved here 14 years ago. Any product made by man is subject to failure and as such prior to moving here I have had to go it alone with the manufacturer to get my problems resolved...very frustrating. But when problems developed with products I purchased from Garner Appliance and Mattress I have always felt like I had a professional and courteous service advocate in dealing with the manufacturers. I had a somewhat emergency situation quickly needing to replace a dishwasher in a condo rental unit. Ty, the salesman, empathized immediately and worked patiently to resolve the emergency finding a unit in-stock and a plumber to install before the weekend. Needless to say, I'll be back to Garner Appliance if and when any appliance fails me. Thanks Ty, you're a good man!!

I have never been so discussed with a store or appliances that I purchased. The whirlpool products are deficient from the factory the frig 2200+ dollars never worked right from day one, then less than a 1 1/2 yrs the dishwasher quit over 400.00. I was ignorant enough to trust the sales person at Garner TV and Appliance. All I can say is never buy whirlpool and do research on every appliance you want to purchase. Napoleon Grill Purchase Napoleon grills are very expensive and hard to find in rural NC but Garner TV and Appliance sales them!. They even have a decent supply of units to look at but... don't expect to get one in a hurry. I was told if plopped down the hefty $1,200 I could expect mine within a week, from Dec 13. At that point I told my rep that I was entertaining a lot during the holidays and I certainly needed it before Christmas. My rep assured me of having it in a week, and "certainly" by Christmas. Warning - This business appears to not carry liability insurance I purchases a washer/dryer combination from Garner TV in June of 2011. I went all the way with the 5 year service contract, professional installation,etc. The units were delivered and the installers insisted on using their hoses, hardware.etc. I reluctantly agreed to replace my steel hoses with their rubber hoses. Four months later a failure occurred with the hose assembly. The reason for the failure was unclear but the result was extensive water damage. My ins... read more

Awesome Service!! Great help!! – We have been using them since we opened our business. Many times they have helped us out with washer/dryers when ours broke and even got them to us same day. Our animal hospital goes through alot of laundry each day and to not have a washer and dryer is just not acceptable. We will continue to use them and most of our staff shops there as well due to exceptional customer service. Highly recommend them. Great Experience – Several years ago I bought my Toshiba LCD television at Garner TV & Appliance. It was a pretty good deal and I got good service. After we bought a new house, I went back to buy a refrigerator - the only appliance the builder didn't supply. The builder offered me a discount on a refrigerator if I went to Sears, but I found that the "discounted" pricing was right in line with what every other store sells appliances for anyway. Exceptional Support – My wife and I used Garner TV & Appliance back in June of 2009 to select and upgrade our appliances. Our builder was already working with them so we didn't shop around. At that time I found their staff helpful and informative. Considering it was my first time buying multiple major appliances, I thought the experience was good.
