I had someone at the house for when they arrived. They said they were coming between 0900-1100 with an estimated arrival time of 1000. I am glad I didn't take off work to wait for them, they didn't arrive until 1230 with no call. I asked them when booking if they would take care of the leaves and they said yes. They didn't touch the leaves. The yard looked okay. JOB HASN'T BEEN COMPLETED, IT IS A BIG JOB SO CAN NOT RATE PROPERLY AT THIS TIME SO FAR I LIKE THEIR WORK.
Mr. Garner is very personable and prompt in replying. He came out and did an estimate whith my permission, while I was on an appointment to speed things up. He gave me a rough estimate because he was not sure of the boundaries, but said he would check with me when they came out to cut the yard.
