Everytime I come for an appointment I am greeted with a smile and received in a timely manner. My dental hygienist Jennie is great. Very attentive, thorough, and knows her stuff. Doctor Mark is on his game too. Informs me and gives excellent care and treatment. They always give you their best and they care. They will always be blessed because they give back to their community too. Orchards Meadows.......THANK YOU.
Everyone was very warm and friendly. The Dentist explained the procedures and gave me the final option, my choice as to what I wanted done.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this clinic is! Truly how a business should be run, I was late and they still got me right in. Jenny is the best higentist ever! Dr. Mark is amazing and the entire staff is so kind. They remember all their patients and work so hard to make sure everyone is comfortable. They also hold clinics to help veterans and the homeless. I will never go elsewhere!
Very friendly staff and the experience of having a tooth pulled. Well they are very gentle at what they are doing
Really good staff and courteous employees the dentist takes the time and makes sure you are comfortable and properly numb before extraction. I was able to call them and get in the next day to get my tooth extracted even while being a new patient.
My wife + I flew into town to spend the holidays at her parents in the black hills...For years prior to this visit, my in laws have raved about Mark, Lindsey, and the entire staff at Orchard Meadows. Having had poor experiences with Dentists before, I was skeptical. However, everyone that I encountered at their dental clinic was not only polite + professional but inviting - they made me feel welcomed. I could not have had a better experience + I plan to visit my new dentist more often...and well maybe the in laws too ;)
I have had a full year of bad luck and you changed my luck - thank you for fixing the impossible.
Outstanding ,Kind , Caring , they honestly are concerned about each&every patient they see, they treat me like family& that is something truly rare in this day& age. Good People indeed!
These guys rock they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They are true professionals. Next time i need a dentist they are my guys for sure!
