I had an appointment with Garner but when I called to confirm the weekend before my appointment Ryan told me "why don't you just take it somewhere else." So I did, and left a review stating as much. Then Ryan, the front desk manager, messaged me from the owner's email telling me he didn't like my review and wouldn't help me as a result. Very unhappy with service. Stopped in on a Wednesday to line up work, told him I needed a day when I could be 1st in line and done early. Decided on a week from that coming Friday. Was told that day was wide open, nothing booked yet, I'm set for 7:30. Dropped off at 6 and heard nothing, called at 10 and was told they were looking at it then, finally got a call at 10:56 and told it could be done by end of day.
