Significant other has been in the same appartment for 4 years. Last year GarMel purchased it. An option to pay month to month for a ridiculous ammount or sign a new year lease for a smaller monthly amount where the options. With the year lease came with the claim to update and fix issues in the unit within the first half of the year lease, as well as make improvements the overall property. As a neighbor to a Garmel property, let me just say, they do not care at all about the properties, only the cash flow. I called as a concerned neighbor and was treated reprehensibly! Their house is the sh%#thole on the block and do not care. I cannot believe that I was yelled at on the phone for even daring to call them. I would avoid this company. Having lived by the property for 6 years now, I know there have been zero repairs. Last year the yard was mowed 3 times, I did it 2 of those times. But don't dare call them.
