This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a kebab shop. The place is filthy, smelly, and clearly unhygienic — dirty counters, dirty floors, and staff handling food with no care at all. What shocked me the most was that one of the staff hit a little baby just because the child accidentally touched something. Absolutely unacceptable, cruel, and disgusting behaviour. They are so rude. my 2 year old baby Boy accidentally touch one of the staff. she tried to hit the baby and I wont forget it.
Waited 30+ minutes for a simple large chips. Had to watch a long line customers who ordered after me get their chips (plus their other orders) before me…
The meat is very stale and stale, and the customer service is very rude. The woman who makes the dough has completely dirty hands.
I wish there was a zero star to give them, I paid $62 to them for two large hsp and askes them to add half salad and half chips and the toping for chicken and lamb. The quantity of lamb and chiken was half only on the chips and when I went to them they were very rude. Pathetic staff and pathetic food.
