my initial experience with Garland Vision was a good exp, clean office, friendly staff, and overall decent exp. However, I have reached out several times vis email to their office, requesting a copy of my rx as well as to attempt to get a change made to the rx.. And fielded absolutely zero response... I have had longer waits when ordering contacts outside of their office due to them also not answering or calling back the company

Great staff and awesome customer service! Dr Hagen is professional and provides easy to understand recommendations. They have a wide selection of quality eyewear ootions. 👓🕶 My entire family has been going to Garland Vision Source for over 20+ years.
Doctors and staff are exceptional!! They make you feel like you are part of the family. They care, they give you their time and they are compassionate. They are beyond accommodating and give outstanding service. Everyone I recommend to them are amazed with the service they provide.
My husband and I both recently started going to vision source and it was such a wonderful experience. Amazing doctors and staff with knowledgeable technician that make the whole process simple and easy. In a beautiful building, I would recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor or even those who have one but need a change.
Took several tries to get my unique vision issues resolved. Other places just told me to accept some blurriness. GVS kept working at it until I was satisfied.
The Staff is top notch....they remember who you are and treat you with the best care I have EVER received anywhere!! Thanks so much for being my ONLY eye care professional! So glad your part of my new insurance group and glad I called before assuming you did not take the insurance.... :)
