Kathy found my wife an excellent rental property that is proving to be an excellent investment for her IRA. We have just moved into a home that she found for us. it is in an area that we looked at when moving to this area 6 years ago but did not find a the right house at that time; now we are just about settled in and loving the neighborhood. She has listed the house we moved from and her listing is getting a good number of showings.
