Texted Dr. Brad out of normal hours. He responded and saw me immediately! Highly recommend in any situation but especially and emergency. I wish I realized sooner I could text him after hours as it happened around 6pm. Had a piece of metal projectile file and stick in my eyeball. Dr Brad had me in and out in 20min and I’ve never been more thankful.
Dr Brad and staff are the most helpful and caring people you will ever deal with concerning your vision. I have had lots of issues with my eyes since I was a kid and they are always happy to help. If you need an eye doctor you won’t beat Dr Brad period.
Outstanding service. I’ve been avoiding getting an exam for a while. But the staff was so nice and helpful, they made it a delight. The exam was quick and easy and Dr Brad was incredibly helpful. He explained everything to me in easy to understand language. I can’t recommend this office enough.
We love Dr. Brad and everyone at Garland Family Eye Care! He sees all of my kids, 5 years old to 20, my husband, and me. My kids love going for a visit!

Very friendly staff and helpful .They help you even if you do not understand how to fill out your status or update. The doctor omg he is phenomenal .
Dr W has been my optometrist for 2 years now, he's friendly and funny. His staff is also very approachable and helpful. I would recommend this facility to any of my friends, even after we moved on the other side of Dallas we still drive to see Dr W.
