I have never had a bad service at this restaurant. The food is awesome, the drinks are strong and yummy, and the service is quick and friendly. I love this place!!
Horrible service – We were in the plaza and decided to give it a try. The service was poorly. We got stuck in the back even when there were only 2 other couple there. The server was rude and never told us that the additional tortillas to finish our fajitas had an additional charge. The bill was just numbers and he was impertinent when questioned. we asked to see the manager and he said that he was not there to come back another day. Horrible & Rude Customer Service – My friend and I have never been treated so poorly. My friend's meal came with a burrito that only had chicken in it. She asked for some lettuce, cheese, and sour cream to go with it. The server never mentioned that there would be an additional cost. Once we received our bill there was a charge of $4.50 that was not disclosed when I asked for the items. Our receipt was not itemized and only had amounts. Great Time – Just came back from this place today because we were celebrating my mom's birthday and she loves Margaritas. We ordered a couple of the 48oz Margaritas with Patron for 12.99 which is cheap to me and they were soooo delicious. Excellent Authentic Mexican Cuisine.THE place for happy hour – Read previous review of unhappy Happy Hour. This could not be further from the truth. G's has the best margarita's in town. Their is a small army of staff and they are very attentive. When you sit down you will immediately get chips and salsa and a menu. Been there a dozen times now at various times. Happy Hour No More – I'm part of a group of women who really enjoyed sitting outside having Happy Hour for the past few Monthsat this restaurant......until last week. Slow to serve at lunch Hour – My friend and I have had lunch at this restaurant today. It took almost 40 minutes for them to serve lunch. Their excuse is using the wrong meat for my friend dish, therefore they have to recook his dish. We decided to leave because we are late for work. This is first time for my friend, but is second time for me. My first time, they for got my lunch. Their excuse is lost ticket. I just stated the fact and you decide.
Best Mexican In town – I went here for my birthday on Saturday. Had the best quality of service and the food was outstanding. I would recommend this place to everyone!
Worst customer service!!! – Some friends and i decided to go to Garabaldis for cinco de mayo. We got there really early cause we didn't want it to be packed.
