Authentic food with MANY vegetarian options, and the ability to be made vegan. This book cannot be judged by its cover.
Editing this review because they stopped renting their space in the mornings to Tomas and Elizabeth’s burritos- I previously gave it 5 stars but that was because of their breakfast burritos which are no longer there. So sad because not only were they great but Elizabeth was so wonderful. Their lunch and dinner is ok.
This place is a gem!!! The most amazing food, super friendly staff! Every item we ate was just amazing!!! Everything was fresh and homemade!
I know there's tortas all over the place and I'll never get to them all, but the ones at Garibaldi have to be some of the best in Denver. I don't get to Englewood often and purposely arrange my schedule to have lunch here. Don't let the "it's in the same building as a gas station" dissuade you. Absolutely worth it.
