Garibaldi Mexican Bistro is one of those places that doesn’t look flashy from the outside but serves really good, authentic Mexican food. Located on South Broadway, it’s easy to miss, but worth stopping in. I ordered the pambazo with chorizo and it was excellent. The bread had the right texture and the filling was flavorful and balanced. It’s easily one of my favorite sandwiches I’ve had recently. Please support these folks! It's is amazing food served by truly great people. The fresh made gordita is so good.
Vegetarians beware, I found meat in my vegetarian dish recently. Since the new owners took over, quality has gone down unfortunately.
