Dr. Patel is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. She asked all the right questions at my appointment with her to get to the bottom of what I was experiencing. Afterwards, she cared enough to take a light night call from me about an issue receiving a prescription and help me with it. Cannot recommend her enough—she’s great!
Dr. Patel is nice and she’s very knowledgeable but the rest of the practice is extremely poorly ran. I was improperly billed for services that were never rendered. The team was extremely confrontational and made it very difficult to correct. They continue to use an excuse that they “changed systems” and have no records of past patient visits / records resulting in issues in my allergy medicine prescription refills. I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Patel and her office. She had great bedside manners and her evaluation was very thorough.
Dr. Patel and her nursing staff treated me greatly! They were very nice and welcoming.
