Attentive to patient care. Listen to what is going on with you and has a genuine concern about his patients. He is very professional and friendly, always has a smile and greats me like a friend. The staff is a reflection of his personality, always ready to serve the patients. This is one clinic I can say I enjoy going to.
All my visits been good and they always assist me with any kind of problems I'm having.
The staff is very friendly. Dr Garg is thorough, answering all questions. Ifyou need refill on meds he actually fills them the same day you call!
I went to Dr Garg due to swollen knee after an injury. He was very patient and did a thorough examination to understand the problem. Due to effusion in the knee, he recommended an ultrasound to understand if there were any other problems with the muscles. He also removed the fluid with a syringe. It was painless and he kept reassuring if I was feeling any pain or discomfort. He did not rush through the appointment and spent enough time to understand the problem and fix it. I had been to at least 5 other medical facilities to address the issue I was dealing with. To NO avail. All were a waste of time. I had a terrible peeling eczema type rash that was proceeding over my entire body. It made bald spots in my hair. It was due to severe Rumatoid Arthritis. He is one of the most kind, professional and methodical doctors I’ve met. My condition that I’ve been enduring for the better part of 3 decades was out of control. I have been seeing Dr Garg for over a year. He and his Staff especially Miss Rachael have been nothing but professional and caring to me and my family. All I have to do is call and they answer my questions ( little or big ) and give me the care I need. It's so nice to have this relation with a Professional Doctor and Staff!!
I think, I know Dr. Garg is the best Rheumatologist in the Fayetteville area. I had been under other Rheumatologist that failed to treat my condition properly until Dr. Garg. Under his care, I am able to do simple daily activities. And the plus about him is he really care... That is why I would say he Rocks this field of Rheumatology beyond just the Fayetteville area. Patient for over eight plus years.
