I was patient for 2,5 years but I left sicker than ever before. Do not recommend this doctor at all.
When you come into the office, it is clean from floor to ceiling. Very nice furniture and spacious waiting area. Even the office temperature is just right. When you check-in, the staff are glad to see you, remember you, and treat you as a person and are very friendly. Not just as the next patient. This is the most useless and unprofessional office that I have ever seen. If I knew then what I know now, I would have taken my family out of town to see a rheumatologist. I should have known it was going to be a problem when I tried to make the initial appointment and no one would ever answer the phone. I am disabled and had to drive up to the office to finally get an appointment. They completed testing on my family member and we have been waiting months for a followup. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by friendly, professional people. I updated my file information. Blood pressure, weight, heart rate, etc. were all taken. I was in the exam room for only 4 minutes before the PA came in. She was caring , informative, professional and answered all my questions. I was taken to the lab for routine blood work. I want to thank Dr. Garg for his excellent care and treatment. I am extremely please with the top-notch care I receive from Dr. Sanjay. When I came to see him, I was in lots of pain from my RA and fibromyalgia conditions. It feels so good to no longer be confined to my bed and couch that kept me away from family and friends. Dr. Garg very patiently reviewed my blood tests, assessed my body which was covered head to toe with psoriasis and has me on meds and infusions that have truly changed my life for the better!! I am living again... Not curled up on the couch. I can almost keep up with my grandchildren now!
The complete stuff was professional, timely, and receptive to all the help that was needed. I would recommend them to anyone.
