We came at the wrong time. They fit us in. Always helpful and accommodating.
Thank you for asking. I have been mulling over my visits as everything is superficially friendly but more like you are a widget than a person. Very good efficiencybut no connection person to person. I never see my technicians face in front of me except when they are taking me to the chair. When waiting in the chair staff conversations go on behind me as if I am not there. 6 months in and no one knows anything more about me than my first visit. Dr. Garfinkle and his team took the time (and commited the resources) to fully understand and explain the issues, how the issues would be addressed, and what I could expect as far as timeline and results.

We had a great experience during our first visit for my daughter Lucy who is eight years old. The office is beautiful and inviting and everyone was so great with Lucy. They took photos of her teeth, and explained in detail the issues with her bite by reviewing her photos and x-rays with us. Dr. Garfinkle was thorough explaining what treatment was needed and why. I would highly recommend Dr. Garfinkle to anyone looking for an orthodontist! My daughter said she can't wait to go back for her next appointment!
