I’ve been seeing Dr. Edward Wang for a while, but lately I’ve disappointed with my visits. During my recent appointments, I was given some printed information, but I didn’t really understand it or how it related to what we discussed. I wish Dr. Wang had taken more time to explain things to me instead of leaving me to figure it out from a printout. This place makes me the most uncomfortable with explaining anything going on.. Staff and doctors seem very unprofessional and not friendly. Seems they always fool around with their coworkers and take nothing serious. Over the passed few weeks I’ve been calling trying to schedule important appointments, but they never answer or call back. Can’t even leave a voicemail.
I’ve been here the patient here 7 years and had a good experience.. lately Dr.Edward Wang helped with my healthcare… he messed up my medication.. I will change my PCP ..😔.. so unprofessional…
