After seeing the doctor, I was referred to a Chinese referral coordinator. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. After I politely said “thank you,” she didn’t even acknowledge me. She handed me a paper without saying a word — no explanation, no confirmation on whether I was done or if I should wait. I was left confused and feeling disrespected. The dentists and all the staff are very professional and helpful. They took my Medicaid. Oh my God. What a blessing.
My Saturday dental appointment was a positive experience overall, thanks to the excellent care provided by the dentist and assistant. They were professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. However, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. Her service lacked the same level of professionalism and courtesy, which put a damper on an otherwise great visit.
