Just want to agree with the other reviews that have been posted. Professional, extremely competent, kind, accommodating, and the staff is very friendly. Everything is explained before and during which alleviates anxiety one may have. I also appreciate that I’m not asked for money first step in the door as experienced in previous dental service providers.
I've been a patient of Dr. Gardner's for 40+ years. Yesterday was the first time his new partner, Dr. Swanner worked on my teeth. If you love Dr. Gardner, you will love Dr. Swanner. He and Dr. Gardner are a good fit. How did we get so lucky to have the 2 best dentists in Richmond area in the same practice? Dr. Swanner was very attentive and just fabulous. Buddy, you picked a good one. All the ladies, Heather, Molly, Sue, Gail, Beverly, Renee and Cathy.... ya'll are the best of the best!

I've been a patient of Dr. Gardener's since the late 80's, and can't imagine trusting any other dentist or staff with my teeth! From Gayle at the front desk, to Sue in accounting, to Heather watching over me while I'm in the chair, this office exudes kindness at every turn. And of course, Dr. Gardener is amazing.

The best and kindest dentist in Richmond. My girls love Dr. Gardener. Yesterday, when her name was called, our youngest just skipped down the hallway while I was getting some information from the hygienist!!! She literally hopped to it!! So funny. Recommend to any family with little people. My oldest spend the whole time reading a very funny educational children's book "open wide school" about all the teeth being at school. So awesome!!!
Great staff and great doc. I should go more often.
