Love Gardner properties! Very polite and professional customer service
I’m a homeowner right in front of their property. They’re behind me. They had a retaining wall that was falling into my yard. I asked them one year ago. Can you please fix it because it’s falling in my yard they said they will fix it. What they did was remove the retaining wall, and didn’t put a new one back up as they said they were going to they also broke my chicken fence in the process of removing the retaining wall. I have lived at this property for 3 years and I have never had an issue that they did not respond to with urgency. I especially appreciate the maintenance team. They are fast, friendly and knowledgeable.
