Caleb is the primary inspector I use. He is outstanding. Caleb climbs on the roof, checks for loose shingles and soft sports. He also climbs under the home himself if there is a crawl space. What I like most is that he is great with customers and explains what he sees and the best way to fix the problem. Helps customers know what repairs are significant and which ones are simple to address. I use Caleb in business and personally to look at properties I purchase. He is great.
I also had a home inspection by this guy about a month ago. He went through all of our stuff unpacking and stealing multiple small electronics, knives, gun parts, etc... he currently has multiple police report's and cases against him. Also lied about his affiliation with InterNACHI and other inspection agencies. Strongly suggest not using him.

This POS inspected my place yesterday and went through everything in my place. Every piece of furniture with drawers, closets etc several items missing immediately after he was there. All random electronic items that fit in your pockets. He went through movies, video games etc. Spent 5 hours in my home!! When called and confronted he tried to act confused, but he slipped and said what type of phone when we did not say what kind it was. Police report filed.
