I have always respected Gardners but after today I'm done. Had a new unit put in little over year ago and we found that it was leaking and completely rotted the floor. Gardners came out and caulked it but both the technician and the office staff admitted to me this unit was known to have a leak. Why were we never notified to watch for this issues or if caulking around the part was known to seal it and fix the leak why have they never done it in the times they've been out to service the unit?
