Had an appointment today and felt heard and seen. My appointment with doctor Kohut, was thorough and I'm appreciative of her going out the way to give helpful suggestions when it comes to following up with my health. As well with the receptionist, welcoming, professional and helpful with making future appointments. It's usually never a quick in and out but they do their best. I felt seen and appreciate the help I received today!

Young girl in the front was rude and expected my disabled mother (who can barely walk) to come and attend my mother appointment. I arrived 3 mins later due to Gardner changing the appointment last minute from 10:30 to 10:00 am.
I am truly embarrassed by the way this place handles business. I had blood work drawn, but the doctor who was supposed to read my results was not there and/or available. They found some random person to read my labwork..... ..... which was not only misread, I was also misdiagnosed. Yes, misdiagnosed!!! I was told that was the case because the result was not highlighted in red ....are you kidding me? This is a human body, my body.
