I bought a SUV from them about 5 years ago and when I found a few issues with it,they didn't hesitate to not just look at the problems but they fixed them in a very timely manner. They even let me get a second opinion from a different mechanic. they worked with me every step of the way and I couldn't be any more happier. I'm looking into getting another vehicle soon and I just spoke to Wayne who is still treating me like family. Go to Gardner Five Star because they are really a 5 star service :)

Although I didn’t purchase a vehicle from them they were very honest about the car and the price and didn’t engage in any of the typical high pressure sales tactics.

High pressure sales tactics never make a customer comfortable or lead to future sales and it still amazes us that salespeople in 2019 somehow think that this is still an effective tool to sell any product. We prefer to sell our vehicles based on value, condition, price and customer service and not sleazy sales practices. It also helps us sleep better at night. Again, thanks for your recent review. It helps validate our business philosophy.
I always feel weary when buying a used car because you just aren't sure. I can't say enough about how I was treated and the lengths they went to to help me out. I highly recommend 5 Star.
