Why is it someone from this practice calls and can't be bothered with leaving a name for me to call back! I have told them they can tell my husband anything they tell me. They get snippy when my husband asks for a name! When I call the practice, of course they have no idea who called me. Seems to me not leaving a name and number is thoughtless, irrisponsible and downright stupid. How can a person call you back if they don't know who to call????? Good grief!

A huge thank you to Dr. Diehl! My husband had that nasty cough and cold going around. His immune system is very weak right now. I was really concerned and wanted to catch it before it turned into pneumonia. Went to express care yesterday and they prescribed an inhaler with no steroids for wheezing. The inhaler didn't work. I called express care and left a message and called Gardiner family to leave a message and reached answering service....the lady that took my call was so friendly and helpful and the doctor called me back ... read more
Dr. Becker-Varney is an absolute saint. I have never felt more comfortable or trusted another doctor so much in my life. She is kind, highly intelligent, and most of all, listens and cares about her patients. She has given me hope that my health issues will be eventually okay. I HIGHLY recommend her. :)
great staff..Dr Powell is great,,very thorough and listens.
I simply ADORE Dr. Powell! She is working hard to diagnose my condition. She is very easy to talk to, makes me feel heard, and seems to be incredibly thorough and knowledgeable.
