I had a great experience at this store. In my opinion I feel it is the better location of all three. The staff are very kind and knowledgeable, the products are great quality and the variety is abundant.

I personally find most of the staff fairly friendly, there is one older cashier who is sometimes off putting although I didn't see her last time I went in. I do notice when it gets fairly busy the staff seem less patient and less willing to help, but when it's quiet they are much more friendly. There is a good selection of native plant species that I really appreciate and usually a great selection of plants, sometimes the ones I am looking for are sold out but will get stocked fairly well during busy season. We visit and purchase from the Oak Bay Gardenworks often. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to see if you need help or have any questions. I have learned a lot from them regarding choosing the correct plants for our yard and how to care for them. This store also has a fantastic variety of gifts that are not plants.
