Current tenant here, and I’ve lived in the townhomes for over a year now. The neighborhood itself is nice, it’s quiet, clean, and we’ve had no issues with the community. My concern is with the rental office staff and maintenance department. Residents shouldn’t have to repeatedly call just to get an update on a maintenance request because no one has shown up days—or even weeks—after the ticket was submitted. The area in these units are small and tight. Though the models are well-fiitted for show, it felt like all the walls were closing in on me. I felt claustrophobic. I left immediately feeling anxious and overwhelmed. I'm in a bind and I still won't take a place there.
This has been the worst experience renting in my life! I was behind one month on my rent but later became more than that, because they add all of these extra late fee charges and court fees which led me to be so over whelmed with fees I just couldn't do it anymore!! I gladly packed my bags and left! mind you I had 3 kids!! I did everything I could possible to stay but, later realized it wasn't worth it! I feel like I got robbed! I would never recommend anyone to this horrible heartless place!
This place a nerve to deny my application and they haven’t explained why. I meet all requirements to qualify for a 2br apt, but I honestly think they denied my application and gave it to someone else. I was pissed about it but now I’m actually happy to see I dodged a bullet. The bad reviews about maintenance, mice, and rodents is absolutely diabolical😂 Thank you god!
