This agency assigned an aide to me. She started on a Thursday and called out that next Saturday. Came back the following Tuesday-Friday. Didn't show up any assigned days after that. Let the agency know that following Monday after they ignored my calls and called me to ask if had shown up. Its been a week and I still haven't heard from anyone at the agency. This is not the agency to use if you're looking for reliable care or concern for yourself or your loved one.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE...they send out people who mostly can't speak and/or understand English. They mostly only understand French/Creole. They are always friendly and willing to help which is appreciative but if you can't communicate due to the language barrier you are screwed. The coordinator that I can't name here claims she talks to them just fine which I think is not telling the truth.
