DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE...they send out people who mostly can't speak and/or understand English. They mostly only understand French/Creole. They are always friendly and willing to help which is appreciative but if you can't communicate due to the language barrier you are screwed. The coordinator that I can't name here claims she talks to them just fine which I think is not telling the truth. Aides are very friendly, BUT if you don't speak French good luck trying to understand them. All 3 I've had the past few months I've had trouble communicating making it difficult to get help. It's not fair I have to be the one to translate what I need to French using translations websites.
