Total sham, buyer beware of this slum and its “management “. These are pictures of the flooded apartment caused by gross negligence and shoddy maintenance. The black water poured down from the ceiling while we were on vacation and flooded our apartment. This flooding can be seen by the moisture content of the walls and carpet. $39,000 in damages to our belongings and we were told by management that it was our problem. This is the ultimate hidden gem in Victoria. The landlord Ms. Joann is hands down one of the best humans I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know. She understands life happens. Communication and she will really work with you. The complex is within a subdivision that’s super safe and within walking distance to one of the high schools in Victoria. I'm having mold issues. I notified the mgr. She responded saying a work order has been requested. That will be 2 weeks on Monday. Pictures below are after I treated with peroxide and baking soda. It's getting worse and no attention is being given. Add the rats and trash by the dumpsters and I'm really over it.
We love it here ! We’ve been here a full month, when we moved in there were no roaches or any bugs, we don’t hear our neighbors, very well insulated. Joann is so sweet and so kind she’s really made us feel welcome :)
